RPYB’s HIT-A-THON

RPYB’s Hit-A-Thon is coming up on May 1st from 4-7:30pm, and it’s our chance to hit a home run for Ciavarella Field! Funds raised will go to support continued efforts to renovate the snack shack, as well as general facility upgrades and maintenance required to keep Ciavarella Field the best place to play baseball in Sacramento.

This is our biggest fundraiser of the season, and we’re swinging for the fences to raise these funds.

Leading up to the event, players are encouraged to step up to the plate, no pledge is too small, and reach out to family, friends, and neighbors for pledges. Parents, be on the lookout for your 99 Pledge link via email to share with your circle, but you can also find your player’s personal page on our league’s fundraising site here.

Our goal is for each player to collect at least $200 in pledges to help us reach our fundraising target — all while getting one step closer to making our Snack Shack dreams a reality, the field looking green, and our facilities ready to play ball!

On Hit-A-Thon Day, players will bring their A-game, swinging for great prizes while we cheer them on. It’s going to be a fun-filled event, and with your support, we can knock this fundraiser out of the park!

PRIZES:
- Raise $200, you receive a $20 Snack Shack punch card. 
- Pizza Party at Giovanni’s for the team that raises the most money
- $150 Gift Card for A’s/Rivercat’s for the top fundraising player of each division
- Each player that hits a home run gets to put a raffle ticket in for a $150.00 Gift Card Drawing & pick a prize out of the candy bucket including a baseball card pack, big league chew, eye black & other great prizes
- No home runs/came out to participate gets to pick out 1 candy item or snow cone with participation ticket

Tee Ball FIELD Schedule

5-6pm (kids will hit as they arrive). All teams will participate: Mudcats, Bulls, Blue Rocks, Lugnuts, Iron Birds, Red Wings, Marauders & River Cats

Main Field Schedule

All teams will hit at their allocated division time. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
4:00pm - Rookies
5:15pm - Minors
6:30pm - Majors
