RPYB’s HIT-A-THON

Our Hit-A-Thon is RPYB’s biggest fundraiser of the season and will occur this coming May 31st from 4-8pm. Leading up to the actual day, players are encouraged to ask friends and family to support them and our league with a pledge. Players' parents have been emailed a 99 Pledge link to send to family, friends and neighbors to ask for their support but you can also find their individual page from our league fundraising page here. Our goal is for each player to collect at least $200 in pledges to meet the league’s fundraising goal.  Funds raised will be used for a brand new Snack Shack and field maintenance. 

On Hit-A-Thon day,  our players will give us their best swings and try to earn some great prizes. See below for full details:

Prize Information

- Reach your goal of $200, receive a $20 Snack Shack punch card
- The highest donating player in each division receives a $150 River Cats Gift Card
- The Team that donates the most wins a team sweet treat at Heavenly's Yogurt
- Each player that hits a home run gets to put a raffle ticket in for a $250.00 River Cats Gift Card and pick a prize out of the candy bucket including a baseball card pack, big league chew, eye black & other great prizes
- No home runs/came out to participate gets to pick out 1 candy item or snow cone with participation ticket

It should be a fun-filled day at Ciavarella with the Snack Shack open all day & merchandise for purchase. Plus, don't forget to stick around for a late afternoon Minors game.

Tee Ball FIELD Schedule

Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet with your team.
5pm onwards including: Mudcats, Bulls, Space Cowboys, Lugnuts, Grasshoppers, Trash Pandas, Iron Birds, Grizzlies, Red Wings & River Cats

Main Field Schedule

TBA but please arrive 10 minutes early to meet with your team.
4:00pm - Rookies
5:15pm - Minors
6:30pm - Majors
