The Opening Day morning will be full of fun for our players and families starting with the parade through River Park (see the route map below). But stick around for lunch - the Snack Shack will be open - and catch one of three games played that day. Please see below for the schedule of events by the hour. These times are approximate and will be adjusted according to the flow of the day.

Opening Day Volunteers Needed - Come Help Out!

We need your help to make Opening Day run smoothly, and have multiple volunteer opportunities available throughout the morning. 

If you can help us out and get a few of your hours covered, please sign up HERE

We will have River Park Board Members on site to help with day-of coordination, and thank you in advance for your help!

Gear/Equipment Swap Table 

We will have one last equipment swap table set up from 8-12 on Opening Day, so come find some last minute cleats, pants, bats and more...drop off whatever baseball gear is collecting dust in your garage. Anything leftover after Opening Day will be donated. 

New This Year

- Empanada Stand all morning. Snack Shack open from 8:45am
- We will have a 'Special Guest' serving in the snack shack
- 2025 Season Programs will be available for 'Team Parents' to pick up at the Snack Shack and hand out on the day
- Sponsored Soda Cups: $20 then 25 cents per refill for the entire season **limited supply**

Teams walk to the main field one at a time.

10:00 am   Opening Ceremonies, Announcements, First Pitch
Announcement order: Tee Ball, then Rookies, Minors and Majors. All teams stay on field. Parents can come on the field to take pictures while their players team is announced but must exit once that announcement is complete.

10:45 am   End of Program
Teams exit the field.
