A few season updates below:

Team Assignments

Team assignments for all divisions have been completed and families should have been contacted by their respective manager/coaches by now. Team jerseys and hats will be distributed closer to the end of this month. Please remember you are responsible for players' pants, socks and belt which your Team Manager will determine.

Sports Engine

All communications from the league will come via the Sports Engine App. Please make sure you download it and turn your notifications on. This is where you gain access to team schedules, team communications and roster information. Importantly, the league will be using this app as a main source of information when it comes to scheduling/cancellations of games. Hot tip below & to get started with Sports Engine go HERE

Add Guardians To Your Athlete's Profile On Sports Engine

Family members of an athlete can be added as "Guardians" to view the team schedule, RSVP to games and events, message team members, and edit the athlete's profile. Details on how to add a guardian is located HERE.

Bases Loaded Coupon

Our partner at Bases Loaded is offering you a discount throughout the store to help you gear up for the season! Be sure to use the coupon attached/below, as this is specific to our organization. The coupon is valid all of February.

League Volunteer Requirement

Every RPYB family must fulfill six volunteer credits per player or opt-out and pay a $250 per player fee. This league volunteer requirement is separate from your team's Snack Shack responsibilities. Immediate volunteer opportunities are available for our Field Day Clean Up Sessions on February 10th & 24th. Sign up to volunteer for Field Days HERE. Equipment Swap

On both Volunteer 'Field Days' we will be running an equipment swap. Come on down to Ciavarella between 8 am-12 noon and drop off any used gear you no longer need. Maybe pick up a gently used bat, cleats or belt before the season starts. Everything is free!
