Hit-A-Thon

We have rescheduled our Hit-A-Thon for Friday, May 31st starting at 4pm. The set up will be slightly different compared to previous years but rest assured there will be plenty of candy, prizes & activities for the kids! A full schedule will be released soon but further updates are available HERE.

99 Pledges Fundraising

We're keeping this open until our Hit-A-Thon event as we want to make sure we raise enough cash to build a new Snack Shack! Please keep working towards your goals! Want to know how much we've raised? Which team is in the lead? Go HERE.

Volunteer Opportunities

With the new Hit-A-Thon date we will need volunteers. Please register your interest HERE.

Make-Up Picture Day

Make-up Picture Day will be Friday, April 26th at Glenn Hall Park from 5-5:30pm. Please wear your team uniform.

Movie On The Mound

Save the date - Saturday, May 18th. Full details to be released soon but the word at Ciavarella is the kids want to watch Rookie Of The Year! This year, we're asking each team to bring a team basket so we can hold a silent auction during Movie On The Mound. Team Parents, please start to think about what your team could donate on the night. Gift Cards, Travel Vouchers & Alcohol are just some ideas which might work well. 

Snack Shack Update

Please remember to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled volunteer time. We're doing our best to try and keep the grill open for every game this year but sometimes we've run into difficulties. Please try and prioritize the BBQ shifts if possible when fulfilling your Snack Shack obligations.

Scorebox

If you are sitting in the scorebox, please do not cheer. This is a neutral area and any cheering/talking to players is a distraction to both teams and the umpire. Thanks for your cooperation on this matter.
