Player Registration
Time is running out! Divisions are filling up quickly and registration fees increase on January 1st, 2025. If you have not yet registered for the 2025 season, make sure you do so to avoid higher fees or being waitlisted.

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
The league is in the process of forming a fundraising committee and is asking for volunteers. Our Fundraising Director, Ryan Tash, is chairing the committee and is looking for 2-3 additional people to help out. Please reach our directly to Ryan if you're interested - ryan@surety1.com
RPYB Coach & Volunteer Registration Process
To begin the process of managing or coaching a RPYB team, follow these steps:
1. Sports Engine
- Go to the SportsEngine registration page and create an account here
- Complete the registration form through your SportsEngine account or find it on the front page of our website
- Complete the background check through NCSI.
- Complete the abuse education and prevention training course.
- Note: The background check and abuse education and prevention training are valid for 2 years. If you have completed them within the past 2 years, you may not be prompted to complete them.
2. California Assembly Bill 506 Compliance
- In addition to the background check through Sports Engine, all coaches and volunteers must complete a Live Scan background check as required by California Assembly Bill 506.
- Live Scan Process:
- Access and print the Live Scan Application here
- Fill out the "Applicant Information" section.
- Take the completed form to any public Live Scan location for fingerprinting and background check.
- Note: The results of the Live Scan will be sent electronically to RPYB from the California Department of Justice and can take 4-6 weeks to process.
- RPYB must receive the results by February 1, 2025.
