Dear River Park Families,
My name is Jason Tsuchida, and I am excited to be the RPYB Fall Ball Coordinator. This is my 6th season with RPYB and will be my second Fall season running an Impact Elite Team (11u). RPYB is committed to providing a path to player development and we’re excited to announce a variety of options for the Fall baseball season.
Recreation League: We will continue our Sunday Fundamental League for younger players (typically ages 6-8) joining and returning to the Rookies division during the 2026 season. The recreation season typically takes place at the end of September and into October and will focus on skill development in younger players. Please sign up below to express your interest and receive additional information as it becomes available.
Impact Elite: Unlike our rec teams, Impact Elite teams will be comprised of more experienced players in the 9u, 10u, 11u, and 12u age divisions who are wishing for more reps in a competitive environment. Competitive teams will be selected based on age group, skill level, and availability. These teams will compete in games against other leagues and clubs. There will be an assessment for each team in June.
The age of your player is determined by their age on 05/01/2026.

9u Impact Elite: for players making the jump from Rookies to Minors and younger returning Minors players.
10u Impact Elite: for more experienced players returning to Minors.
11u Impact Elite: for players making the jump from Minors to Majors.
12u Impact Elite: for more experienced players returning to Majors.
